Don't forget to check the dates of your event in our "Booked Dates" calendar to the left. These are updated weekly or as often as new bookings are made, so please confirm the availability of your dates with us by phone before going ahead with your plans. (Submitting a date with this form does not guarantee that date. Please confirm by phone. Thank you.) We will book up to one year in advance.

We have also provided a rate calculator here for your convenience, so you can work out an approximate cost for your event. It can also take into account your $40 discount for booking the same event with Ontario Ensemble.
